My father in law wanted to try the Asian carp so I took him for a boat ride and let a few jump in then we filleted them and fried em, I have to say they were actually pretty good just a lot of little bones to contend with

I wanted to put up a pic but my phone has been locked off the site all day. I'm going to ask on the MS Forum if they would like to try it. If so I'll bring some tenderloins of silver carp with me.

Doug think about all those high restaurant prices. When we have a get together and all the good eats we have how they don't cost a arm and leg to enjoy some finest eating around just saying.
