Also got the main floor done.
Now I need to finish the front deck, and carpet the side panels, as the old ones are in good shape, besides the terrible carpet on them.
Made some progress over the last couple of days. Made up some fiberglass hatches to fit the front, wrapped them, and got the front deck cut. Here are some pics...

Looking good keep up the good work
coming along very nice
I like the progress. Looking very well.
Got the front deck done, with the exception of the livewell hatch.
Anyway, here are a couple of pics:
For the livewell, I decided to go ahead and buy a factory made one, and found a 9x24 on Amazon. It just got delivered, but it's pouring outside, so I'll try to install it tomorrow.

the new decking cut to size, wrapped in carpet and installed. I didn't take many pictures, sorry. But at least the worst part of the job is over!
Thill, you've put a lot of work into your boat. It looks fantastic!. If you decide to fabricate a windshield, here's an idea. I have made two boat windshields. The first one was Plexglass, the one in the photos is Lexan. I found that the Lexan was more difficult to break to 90 degree bends. I broke the Plexiglass bends on the edge of my workbench using a propane torch. Just an idea.

Kevin,
That looks good!
I've done a number of windshields, and I agree about the plexiglass being a very good product. I usually use a torch to get it started, then switch to a heat gun, bending it over the edge of my kitchen countertop. Just go back and forth on highest heat setting until it softens up, and keep it going until you get a little more than the bend you want, then back it off to the exact bend and hold until it sets.
Using a torch the whole time is a little faster, but you risk bubbling up the surface, if you aren't as patient. Been there, done that, hence finishing the process with the heat gun.
I might end up keeping this boat, and selling my Princecraft, but I don't know yet. Once I decide that, I'll decide what level of finish I want to put into this boat.
Thanks for then encouragement!
Looking good !
