St Croix spinning Avid series rods have satisfied and has everything I need for my sac-a-lait / bluegill / panfish fishing in south Louisiana waters. Plus they have a great warranty. Fishing Louisiana waters don't have to be that precise with presentation. But you only live once so enjoy / fish with the best equipment that suit your needs. But going from Loomis to JDM that's getting very precise / technical fishing --- enjoy.
