    I don't really care what brand everybody is using.....But if the Berkley slim fillet blade's will fit it, its money well spent,I've been using Berkley's for about 10 years,great blade for doing panfish.

    I’ve used numerous brands over the last twenty or so years. They all get hot if you clean a bunch at one setting. They all cut good when the blades are sharp. They make different lengths for different hand sizes too. I prefer American Anglers because the blades last longer. If money is the problem when getting one, just buy a cheap one and keep replacing them every year or so. I paid for the “ so called “ best and only have to replace blades every three years.

    American Angler with the Shark Blades,

    The blades make the knife, wouldn't go back to the fatter ones after using these.

    I like the mister twister with the shark blades, just round off the top corner on the backs of the blades .
