Man yea way to catchem. Can't wait for my boy to get big enough to go fish. I just hope he enjoys the outdoors as much as i do. We just bought him lifetime hunting and fishing license before he turned 2 since it was the cheapest option.

You sound like I did when my son was two. Here's what I know now, since he's 16. I wish I had spent more time enjoying him at every age instead of wishing he was older so we could..... I don't mean that to come across harshly, just that he'll be grown before you blink. My son is almost an adult and it hurts my heart to know that he'll be moving on to start his life on his own in a few short years. I'd take a few more of those toddler years, or playing with the crickets in the cricket basket, or playing with stick swords, or, or, or, with him if I could get them back.

Another good day for you, I know that your son enjoyed it. Maybe he will be a pro one of these days. By the way he is a good looking kid, I am sure he takes after his Mother.

Well you picked one of the worst times to take up crappie fishing. The past year has been unusually hard fishing. You will get better and better. In a few years you will be killing it. Keep trying you're getting there.

Man what an inspiring story! I have been trying to locate fish as well and have struck out every time I have made it out to the water. I have only been trying really hard since the beginning of this year. It's good to know that there is hope for me to find the fish! haha. I have been trying to find someone local to take me out so I can pick their brain but believe it or not, crappie fishermen are hard to come by up here in middle Tennessee. Super happy that you have been able to get on em! Again, thanks for the post and the pics! My little girl is about to turn 2 yrs old and I'm hoping to get her out on the water very soon
