    Default Excellent day @ LP (04 22 18) for hog CNBGs


    3 CNBG over 11" ( 2 hens and big rooster) + a 13" RE! Bunch of 10s and some pesky green carp... Lost 2 BIG fish - Wahoo runs. Started fishing ~7 and HAD to quit before 10 - my arm is blown out!

    Started with an 11"+ female

    All fish are were released. Used Chub Belly Spinner Jigs 1/32nd & 1/48th with EC Lil Nasty #6 BLN hooks. Various 3mm eyes and willow 00 blades. Tipped with crickets.

    You really know how to hurt a guy. I went yesterday and got a bloody nose. The fish won, with a little help from the state. I couldn't have made dinner from what I caught. Sorry about the arm Sonny. I have my issues too.

    Getting old ain't for sissies Tim. I wouldn't wish CTS (cubital tunnel syndrome) on my worst enemy. Have to figure something out before I run out of jigs......

    INDyak - we don't have a high regard for bass - that's why we call them green carp. Spotted Bass and Smallmouth Bass get a pass...
