Some very interesting stores here, I fish Bluegrass pits when I'm here which I just got back for the summer from the south.

Live south of Crawfordsville and fish Raccoon and Cataract and have fished Waveland. Go to Illinois and fish Shelbyville and fished Mill creek once last year. Will be glad to see weather settle down. 75 years "young" and retired.
Well wasn't sure where to post this so I'll post here. Went to a local public access fishing site yesterday at a local cemetery of all things. Wasn't awful. Got 8 or 9. Kept 4 between 9 and 10 inches. All on minnows. 2-5 foot deep, under a float. Soft, scattered bite. Not really on beds. Just wanted to leave a small report. I also wanted to note that I live smack dab in the middle of hillenbrand fwa. Which is 3600 acres of public land. 27 bodies of water. All within a couple miles of my house. So I fish it pretty regularly. I will try to give a general report most times. Be it from my kayak or the bank. Trying to get other folks the enjoy and take advantage of the generous bounty this beautiful state has to offer.
Couple pics from the cemetery ponds
Sorry for the sideways pics
Great report. It’s always amazing what you will find in small ponds and lakes. Some of them are hidden jems. WTG!

Thanks for the info. Can you use a kayak on any of those bodies of water?
