This guy came out at 1:40 in the afternoon last Friday. Looks like he's just checking things out in the edge of a field I have my camera watching. He's standing right in a 4 wheeler trail I cut into the woods a few years back.

We had a pretty good deer season this year. I got a small 6 point, Dad got a nice 7 point, and John John got a doe. Not much room in the freezer if I killed another one so I decided I would rather have them on the hoof as in an overfilled freezer. Have lots of steak, ground, breakfast sausage, and jerky for the winter. Oh, and crappie filets too! GTT

December 21st and it looks like he's still in the mood. Never give up, who know he may get lucky. HAHAHA

Heck, its January 5 and I'd still like to get lucky. I guess that buck and I have one thing in common.......

Saw this one leaving the cabin headed home. He stayed still so long I though GW had set him up for a decoy

Here's one I took on December 7, 2016 at our hunting club on the edge of the White River NWR. Grossed scored was 141 3/8" 205 lbs live weight.
