I sent an email to the Corps of Engineers asking if a person could put out brush piles. Here is the answer.
Nolen, Matthew S CIV CESWT CESWD (US) Email- [email protected]
We can authorize the placement of natural brush, but we need to know where the brush piles are proposed. From there, we need to coordinate with our regulatory division in Tulsa and further investigate to ensure the brush piles don't interfere with recreation, boating, navigation, flood control, etc. We also need to make sure that the brush isn't sourced from government land. This can be a lengthy process.

I am determined to find the brush piles hopefully improving my fishing. Here are some images I have captured with my Hummingbird 798CI SI.
Please comment on what you think the images represent.

when you think you fish to shallow, fish shallower. we caught fish at 2' for 3 hours. I was trying to beat the heads with my TM prop. did not seem to bother them.
