    Chris, after a couple of "specific" posts, I couldn't get near my preferred spots. This spring I have just gone sort of generic. Hope you're doing well!

    You could as the cranks usually float, but could end up with a heck of a mess/tangle due to winds and currents. IMO, would be easier to reel in the CB's and single pole, sorta flip flop back and forth as needed, but could be done.
