You can navigate the river, no problem. Would be quicker to trailer to rainbow landing. I live in between canoe and beaver, and it is a 10 mile run for me to get to rainbow landing, and a 20 mile run up to ramp in Gadsden. Most of the fish will be up these two creeks or on their way back out after spawn. You also have shoal creek, if a man wants to fish shoal it would be best to put in at dam and run about 2 miles. Just a heads up to all, any one who would like any info about the lake just hit me up with a pm.

Talked to a guy today that was loading his ranger at the ramp up canoe creek, said they had done a lot of work and the ramp is in great shape now. Looked like they have the parking lot paved, don't know if there is any lines down yet. Just another ramp that will be available during our spring camp.
