Dang son....
Well I've been hitting bass more lately and not doing to bad. My Bouge Bay bite almost completely shut down today so I looked elsewhere. Got a 5 pounder on a bluff point across from where Gravios Mill and Indian Creek split and managed a couple small keeper size midway back in Indian Creek. Literally the last cast of the day I hauled I'd say upper 3 to 4 pounder off the front of a dock. Numbers weren't the problem but bigger bites were hard to come by. I was concentrating on steep bluffs and the front of docks that had chunk rock. Lots of shad schooling about middle-back of Indian Creek, water temp upper 60's. I was using a Zoom Trick Worm watermelon red on an Arkie Stick Bait Hook and then switched to a Yum Mighty Worm blood red when I ran out of Trick Worms. I was using spinning tackle, 7 foot medium action rod, high capacity reel, and 10 lb fluorocarbon line. I like the stick bait hook but you always have to re-tie to rig it. I have some VMC Ike Approved Rugby Heads on order that I'm gonna try. Been bass fishing more because my new boat is more suited than the old. Sits in the water better and the Fortrex is a beast...SON I love that trolling motor!!!

Dang son....
Looking good. You should be fishing the big bass bash.
Already put in for vacation for the BBB in April and scheduled off work for the BBB in October
Remind me when that is so I do not go to LOZ.
Nice size green fish for sure. Thanks for the post and pics.
You know last time I fished the 50 to 55 mm and it was not that bad....but I guarantee the Glaize and Bagnall Dam area was packed like sardines
