I got it one year from casting too much with light jigs.I was trying to throw them too far and just casting to hard. I had to stop and vertical fish for a while...took about a year and mine cleared up. My wife has fibromyalgia and uses Voltaren gel for her aches and pains. I have tried it on some of my sprains and it is good. I would soak it in epsom salt a while each day and maybe talk to your doc about the creme...it is prescription...pretty good stuff. I also have used vibrators on injuries before too..they seem to increase circulation and promote healing.

Canepole I have had it to hit me in my elbow, wrist, knee. My gets so bad lose all function of the of the joint. The only thing that help's is a cortzone shot around the joint. Most painful shot I've tooked. After the shot start's getting better. Good luck.

Yep Cane Pole. Like others have said. A band just below the elbow works wonders .Reduces the pulling and movement of the inflamed tendon. Took me 6-8 months to get over it. It hurt to even pick up a cup of coffee. Got mine from shooting archery. Pulling and twisting the forearm hundreds or even thousands times a day took its toll.
Crappie spawning and morels popping up at the same time. What was God thinking when he made that schedule. It's pure torture every spring deciding which to do.

It will go away if you take it easy on it. I had golfers elbow for about a year. I don't take drugs either, I used a brace and had my electrician co workers to bend all the big wire for me and wrestle it into the lugs. It finally healed up. I'm a drummer and can use my left hand almost as well as my right so used my left hand to fish with, casting accuracy was off a bit and I couldn't skip a panfish assassin like usual but I got the job done. I stayed hung up more often that was aggravating.

If bio freeze dont help try capsaicin 10 but it aint for sissies either. I get aches and inflamation when I don't keep my water intake high enough and am sweating a lot. You gotta keep those joints lubricated.
