It was nice this weekend - so I yanked my Sun Dolphin out of the barn this year and did some upgrades (after cleaning it off good - yuk!) Added some Atwood rod holders, a roll of rubber back carpet to the floor that I found at a new IKEA store, an old Hummingbird just to have some 'eyes' on it and put two TMs on it (a 40 lb for the front) and a 20lb for the rear. Planning to use it and my new 'yak, to hit smaller, less congested waters this spring. Kinda getting tired of the long lines at ramps, etc - but the Champion bass boat is ready to go just in case. I want to make a couple other mods based on suggestions I've seen on other posts here - but I'm sure glad I didn't sell the Sun Dolphin - even though I haven't used it much the last few years. It sure is a fun little rig to fish out of.

I'm putting a new Helix 5 di on mine now. I'll post up some pics when I'm done.

That's a nice set up. How tall are the frames for those seats

Here's mine minus the passenger seat. Just put a Helix 5 di on it. This will be my 7th year using this boat. I'd rather fish out of this boat than my big boat. Hardly ever use the 3.5 Nissan unless I'm making a big move. It's more or less a rudder.

I like what you are doing. I have one, I call it a plastic boat. I've only been out with it about 7 or 8 times with my granddaughter. I live in western KY and it is great for fishing in the old strip mine pits.

13 ft Paddle King Lo Pro Angler. Just got her. Need to get her rigged for fishing the lakes here in SW Michigan. Very stable platform. Here is a picture of my other pontoon:

12 Ft Catchercraft 2 Salt Steelheader minus the front passenger module. This is an absolute tank of a inflatable pontoon boat. The whole thing breaks down and fits in the back of my pickup with a 5'8" bed. Takes the same 6 HP motor that is on my Lo Pro Angler
