Anyone been catching any crappie or white bass
Fished Beaver Creek on Monday- finally found some fish at about 2:00 and fished til dark catching about 20 up to 1.7 lbs.. As stated the water was like chocolate milk but cleared some closer to the mouth of the creek. All fish caught in 10-11 fow and orange and chartruese Beaver Bottoms on 1/8 and 1/4 oz RR jigs did best.

I would have to go for that to happen. Haven't heard any recent reports either
Committed a sin yesterday. Changed species for the afternoon. Caught some big blues up to 37 lbs. My kids and grandkids were crappie fishing and ended up with around 15 in 23 ft of water. Water temp has dropped into the mid 50s.They caught their fish on drop shots and shiners.
FYI - For those of you that hasn't been to Washunga Bay in a while, you now have to pay a boat launch fee. The only free ramp left is Pioneer ramp.
Tough bite for us two boats 8 hrs. Had a whopping total 22 fish. Most over 1.25. Best 1.8. Did best on wood in 15 to 18 In 22 fow.
