Nice bucket of fish there!
Got off the lake at Mozingo Sat at 2:00 with only two keepers to show- an 11 and 11.5 and 2 throw-backs. Water was 39-42 degrees and surprisingly murky. No one else I spoke with caught anything-including a couple bass fishermen.
Sunday was going to be even windier, so I decided to hit a local lake at the spur o the moment. Ended up tying up to a tree and rode out the wind using slip bobbers over a brush pile. Ended up with 19 keepers and about 6 throw-backs. Biggest was only 10.5 inches, but at least I got into them.![]()

Nice!
Great! Made do with what Mother Nature condition provided you with
Great job. I stayed home, yard work and tied a full set of double hook rigs for spider rigging.

I almost stayed home, but thought I'd give it a shot for a couple hours-which turned into 4 hours. You reminded me that I have to make those rigs this week as well.
It was interesting seeing people try to troll around a lake in high-sided boats with winds blowing at 35-40 mph. One's battery pooped out and another person had to tow them back to the ramp with their outboard. A boat with a woman and 4 kids in it that all looked to be under 10 years old. At least they all had life jackets on.
pretty dang good for fishing in a hurricane...or without a hurricane for that matter
