I've done been into it and it is some great stuff. The jalapenos were just right for us. Got in it saturday night, and sunday. I will be back in it today. I call it surfing sausage. While your surfing the net, a little plate of it with crackers and cheese is mighty fine. There won't be none left for a fishing trip.
