I'm running in the Great Lakes naval training base 3 nautical mile run in about an hour. Gonna dedicate it to Billbob and his speedy recovery.

I remember doing lots of running at Great Lakes Naval Station in the early 70's. There have been much by way of dedications done there and many drops of sweat and tears that have hit the ground at that training station. God's speed to your run and to Billbob's speedy recovery.
