After my 3 hour drive down and a day of fishing, it would be nice to have a place on the lake to eat, tell some lies I mean stories, fellowship and relax. With all the money I spend at hotels and convenient stores, it can be spent here. Not to mention it could be a place to congregate for some night fishing or as the Carolina fellas call it 'Nightstalking' during these hot summer months. Huge lake, excellent crappie fishing plus year round fishing.
It would be a hit! IMO
