Wannabe....
Well it's time for another inspection of the truck. For the past few years I have removed the air bag, sanded the points for the horn. Go for the inspection, honk it and it doesn't work for the rest of the year. Today I sanded the points then a check, it doesn't honk. I check the fuse, it's good. I check the relay, it's good. I sand the points again, it slips out of my hand and lands in the steering wheel and honks. I touch the points to the metal in the steering wheel again and it honks. If I touch the copper contacts it doesn't. I removed the copper plates, sand the plates and the slots they sit in, replace plates. Now my horn honks more than once. Links that were posted in the past didn't show removing the copper plates and cleaning that area.
Quit tooting your own horn.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

No need in a stinking inspection
TOO MANY IDIOTS TO FEW BULLETS
I know it's not needed, I honk it once a year for whoever wants to put a sticker on the glass.
I thought MS did away with inspections?
Heck only time in the 15 years I've lived here I get inspections is when I get a ticket for no inspection, gO get it inspected, show receipt, problem solved. I've saved 130 bucks so far LOL
You're lucky.
You have until the 15th of the next month to keep the inspection up to date, 1 year 15 days. I had an officer to look at my sticker and say, I'll be watching for you tomorrow.
Legislature is talking about it but can't make their minds up

Yeah--decided I should read up--it keeps coming up and getting shut down in senate so it's still in effect for now--but it will keep getting pushed until it happens. they loose over $2 on every inspection so it's costing the state money.
