I use flour, egg/milk wash, and dip the fish into grounded Toast! Then let it rest in the fridge for a few hours. Great breading!

I agree with Jdubwom Andy's.
The lemon is distinctive and the seasoning is spicy.
We like using Saltine crackers crushed and seasoned with garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
I also like kickin' it up with a bit of Tony Chachere's Famous Creole Cuisine.
