    After reading all of these Posts I am really confused. Guess I will have to change tactics and start inviting myself over for some samples!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or wait for invites haha

    I use flour, egg/milk wash, and dip the fish into grounded Toast! Then let it rest in the fridge for a few hours. Great breading!

    We like using Saltine crackers crushed and seasoned with garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.

    I also like kickin' it up with a bit of Tony Chachere's Famous Creole Cuisine.
