That's the way to stand behind you're product. And don't think people won't remember that kind of service. Hat's off to you Mitch.

Hey, thanks man! Not only do I appreciate that, but I will REMEMBER that when buying things in the future! QC is tough...the more you sell the tougher it gets. I have things slip by me in my business from time to time so I completely understand.

Hats off to Arkie Jigs....THATS how you handle problems and run a business!

BTW, one for one will be just fine my brother! Don't need something for nothing..but it was nice of you to offer.

Big thanks to Kman.... I got the phone number and fax number (anybody still use one of those?) on the bottom of all pages!
guess i was too close to that new web site project, didn't even realize it wasn't there, nor how hard it was to find our number until he mentioned it. Thanks to Kman!

....and because of that kind of service, this new guy is making an Arkie order today.
Mr Mitch probably won't be able to retire off my order just yet,
but maybe it'll assist with a sausage biscuit down at Hardee's.

I've never used the crappie jigs, but back when I bass fished, I fished ARKIE jigs. They were and still are a fine bait. (hate to admit it, but I still like to throw a jig n pig once in a while). Thanks for a fine bait and I'll be ordering some crappie jigs to use over at Reelfoot.
