Thanks guys, the LED's can run for days on the battery I have them hooked up to. As far as the bugs go, they arn't a problem.
The lights are far out enough that the bug don't bother me. I'm glad I didn't go for the white lights tho : )

In the evening, I can sit on top oft he weed beds. The light draws in the minnows and then the fun begins.
I call them my Dinner Lights, the big bluegill love them. Plus it keeps me safe from boaters at night.
Think about it,... have you every been kayak camping on a large lake. And in the evening around the campfire you look out over the water and think.
Man,.. I bet the fish are biteing. But it's to dark to take a kayak or canoe out with out some sort of lights.
It's a lot of fun,.. people go nut for this thing. People love taking picture of it. lol

RRR - I love the set up. Awesome Trailer. I have been thinking about making up a trailer for my kayaks.
Id like to set my J craddles up on top of a box I could store tackle and gear under.
    I figuer a nice 4 x 6 would do nicely. 2 and 1/2 feet tall box with a tailgait drop. Well I can dream : )

I've had this Perception for 15 years, and it has been a lot of fun.

Many a fat fish had met it's demise while staring point
blank down the cavernous barrel of this awesome prowling machine.

Anyways - Thanks for looking, I hope you like it.

    RRR:

what's the black material on the leading edge on the bow of the Ride (yours assume) and its purpose?? Nice trailer, makes launching and loading up easy I bet.
    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

Adhesive backed neoprene for bumping dead trees to wake the crappie up from their naps. Works for me.

Is it really to wake the fish up or you when you've drifted too far into the brush pile? Good idea tho.
