Yeah bug - Here's a pic of one
I would be able to make my mold accept wires or pour without and prices would be the same without the wires as any other of the same size on my site,i will know the price for the wire keeper soon.
The football heads wouldn't be any trouble at all.
I could do the ball head but wouldn't be able to make the eyes bigger,i have to have an exact model or something i can fabricate to make a mold it would take a cnc to make a hand mold with bigger eyes and once i had that we could make a big mold.
On the chub head are you talking about making a spinner similar to a pony head?

Hey Bugman, We use to make mother molds with different models in it. I would spin the mold to make enough to fill another master mold. A little work but is one way to make enough to fill up a mold. I used a lot of pins to hold the wire keepers in also or other components. By the way your gates look awesome! I spent hours and hours making models out of different Do-It mold patterns and ProPoxy. I am learning CAD for a CNC machine right now so I can make some molds I have had in my head for a long time. It never ends once you get started making jigs!!!

That's a good idea I have several styles I want to make and that would sure save some money once you have them all rounded up.Thanks for the compliment my first few didn't look that good but I think I have it figured out now but still have a lot to learn.Let me know when you can cut molds I have a few ideas myself.

My opinion; the mold I have been looking for and cant find is the walleye. I know I could buy one new but I just can't bring myself to pull the trigger. I feel the walleye head will hold horizontal better than most others. The wire keeper doesn't add enough weight to change that. The eye socket minnow head is also cool but I have one and I'm kicking the idea around of adding a keeper to it. No more than I fish, and all the junk I already have, you would get my business for the walleye heads. If it had a brush guard I would just sell my molds and order out. I have lost 12 jigs in a short trip where I've been fishing lately but with the brushguards I loose maybe 2, and didn't loose any today. I'm sold on them and haven't tried the wire guards yet. You're coming right along, I see you being busy 'tween now and spring. You get one big ATTABOY!

Any of those minnow/guard/keeper in 1/8 and 1/4? Those look great. The bullet heads hang right also.

I can do 1/8,3/16 and 1/4 but they do run heavy in size compared to most other jigheads of equal size and require a bigger hook I can squeeze a #2 in the 1/8 a #1 in the 3/16 and It would take a 1/0 in the 1/4.
