    Default Lifetime license question


    I am about to get married and move 30 miles down the road to TN... So before I do that I was going to get a lifetime resident trout and freshwater... I read at one time you could use it even if you moved but can't find that on the website anyone know anything about it? Thanks guys!

    i know a guy who did that about 7 years ago before moving to NC so unless its changed,he hunts and fishes with me sometimes here in VA
