all the conditions were right, outgoing tide-light wind-not excedingly cold. you would think that the fish would jump on a minnow.fished shallow &deep but to no avail. i think im going to paint my boat black w/ a white stripe down the middle. haha. hope there was a bite on the incoming tide, i left around 1200 w/ a pungent smell in the boat. WERE ANY FISH CAUGHT TODAY ON THE CHICK?

Saw you leave, you did not miss much. Once the tide came in got a few in 2 FOW. Had enough for a good dinner. Only one made 12" . Donnie did about the same. I think we did a lot better than most today.

Most use Rockahock which is by the dam. Other ramps are the one at the campground at Gordon's Creek, VDGIF ramp on Morris Creek in the Chickahominy WMA. These are near the mouth of the river. Ramps around the middle of the river are Chickahominy Haven and the Shipyard (or Brickyard) ramp.
