    Default indian town creek

i went to down load my pictures from my trip yesterday only to find out no card in camera so it will be a written report. fished 1/2 day and i started at the same place as last week. the big news is the perch are in. i caught quite a few. mostly males but the females are packed full of roe. i fished for crappie most of the time. same pattern as last week. the fish are on the channel drop holding in 10ft of water fishing 8ft deep. water temps 42 and the fish were hitting a lot better with the warming temps. the perch were hitting in 7 to 8 ft of water.and saw two boats were slamming the perch. i find it hard to fish for perch when the specks are hitting. the creek was muddy but it was clear when i hit the main river. this will be my last trip to i/t this winter. hope to be at the n/w bash. tite lines JIM.B

This is definitely the time of year to catch yellow perch down there.

Good report, I have never fished IT but sounds like a great place.
How much for an out of state fishing license?
My bait is guaranteed to catch fish or die trying.

You can get a 10 day license for $10 and you can get it on line.

WTG Jim, sounds like you had a good day. I really would like to go to IT but I don't think its going to happen this year. Even after surgery the knee is still giving me fits. I'm expecting a call from you about March.

Memory cards are cheap. When this happened to me, I bought a back-up card and keep it in the bottom of my tackle box. What format card does your camera use?
    Fishing since '50!
