Always read that you had to watch the tides as you could be left stranded on one of the rice fields until the tide came back in....but never experienced that. Once down there was enough for me.
Geez! Sorry to hear about your troubles! I hope everyone is OK now. I appreciate the information....sounds like I should stay away from there. As for the tides, I'm assuming this is a brackish area? Their boat is stored in Hanahan, so it looks like there is pretty decent access to several areas in which to fish. Wish it wasn't such a long drive for me to get there. ugh
