Thread: Another success on Wylie !

The last time I fished Norman I couldn't get away from the Large Mouth, they re thick as thieves

Lake Norman has size like Wylie, just not the numbers, but sometimes you can do real good. I have never fished below 150 and I've got a spot I'd like to try soon. We can try for a night event sometime.

I'd like to go and try for crappie. When do you plan to go Brent and try your spot?

May try next Friday or Saturday night depending on the weather. May wait til after Labor Day. When are you available?

I may be able to try for the Aug 19th if my wife doesn't have problems from surgery. Sept 16 and 23rd are good for me. I am off work Sept 16 and work a morning shift on Sept 23rd and could go that night! I'll try to get my small boat back from my son and use it. It is easier to tow and easy to fish out of.

Ron keep me posted on next Friday, if that doesn't work out we can try for September. Hope your wife's surgery goes well!
