    Default Helix transducer location okay?

Do any of you see anything to indicate that I need to move my transducer location? I did a temporary install and plan on locking it down tomorrow unless somebody sees something to indicate it's got interference

Usually if something is in the way you will notice it right away. I have another transducer on the other side of my boat and it leaves a white streaks in my sonar pictures at times. Yours is clear so I think you got it right maybe. How does the 2D sonar pictures look as you may need to tilt it up or down to get 2D fish arches looking good. But that is no big deal. Would love to see pictures of your transducer mount as this will help me and others when mounting also in the future.

I don't know that I looked at any 2D images. I haven't watched the owners DVD yet so I don't really know what is what yet
