    Default Match the hackle


    My attempt at matching some shrimp pink hackle. I used some homemade tan / sand color that had some yellow and orange in it. I mixed hot pink with the sand color at 3:1 and ended up pretty close to what I wanted.

    Thanks. There is some luck to it, especially seeing what color it becomes after curing.

    Nice color. It is amazing how colors change when heated and cured.
