After these last few rains, the lake is 7 1/2 ft above summer pool. I only the main 2 launches are open to use. But while coming back, from getting gas at 5 Points, some guy was trying to either launch or load a pondtoon at Hartford.

I tried that many years ago. Had to have a tow truck pull my trailer and truck out of the mud. A friend drove my boat to the campground launch so I could put my boat back on the trailer. Never tried that again.
