    Default Only 3 but nice ones


    Fished a private lake today for the 1st time and while the numbers are not good the size was. 3 males that were peeing, caught on blue beetle spin. They look small beside the 3 big crappie, 2-3, 2-2 and 1-7. Think the spawn is not far off, surface temp in the low 70's. Left my brim box at home, going to put it in the boat and leave it there.

    Good lookin' fish! I have been on the lake three times in the last week, and it seems that I do better every time out. I guess the water is really starting to warm
