    my go to on Ky lake as well, also works good on Reelfoot, however i tend to lean toward the grizzly jig on reelfoot

    I'm sure the bait shown above is a good one but ... there is no magic bait.

    There is a magic depth and a magic speed. Almost any bait presented at that depth and speed will catch fish.

    I'm sure your local Walmart or tackle shop has several jigs that would be perfect.

    Don't forget that stick of beef jerky you snack on. A little piece on a small hook lasts a long time, puts out a greasy slick and the gills hone in on it quickly. It will surprise

    whatever you decide to try keep in mind if its very slowly moving they cant seem to resist taking a whack at it .....slow and steady as she goes ....
