Default Decent Day on the Water

We fished an Oxbow off the Ct. River system here in Mass today, from about 8:30 am - 1:30 PM. Very cool day with highs only barely breaking the 50 degree mark! Wind about 10 mph which kept things chilly. Of particular not was this one BIG bluegill I caught while fishing for crappie:

We caught between 40 - 60 crappie, yellow & white perch and bluegill on this outing. Here are some of the fish (have to keep the picture quantity to a min. as Photobucket is getting pretty full on my account!):

All in all a great fall day of fishing. Hope we have a few more weeks before the ice sets in!

    Crest,

Same here! my photobucket is 97%

I still take lots of pix when I go fishing, but I can't post on these fishing sites anymore!

Nice catch. A great mix of fish with the gill, perch and specks. Great job.
It is not about the equipment you have to use,
It is about how you use the equipment you have. :D

Will certainly give that a try. We went out today and managed to catch quite a variety of species. Would like to share some pics with you folks. However, I'm a tad too tired to take a crack at a report right now....maybe tomorrow.
