Thread: Night fishing for crappie???

Another thing we did was use an underwater speaker and hooked it up to the boom box and played country and western music..and were those crappie ever doing the line dance...30 minutes after the music started you could see the locator fill up with bait fish from 12' to 24' and that my friend at 24' was the thermocline....hope this helps..try it..it works......Ranger

Went out but way too windy, not to mention the Thunderstorms to the north. I spent about 10 minutes out there and then put the boat back on the trailer. I hope it comes in and pours like a big dog. Especially in the areas of the fires.

Thanks Guys for the info. I will be heading out tomorrow night and giving it a shot. Will be baiting a couple holes with some Soured corn and after a few hours of crappie fishing, will head back and try my luck at some cat fishing. Will post pics if I do any good!!!!!
