Thread: Another 'RAID'

Good luck. Should be a very nice day for fishing.

1 & 1/2 BEAUTIFUL days!!! Tried to find fish down towards the dam and failed Did find sum submerged trees dat, in a cove, dat should hold fish sometime but was void. Ended up by the hiway 11 bridge but, those piles have been hit hard and just a few fish. Now for the BEST spot we found,,,, South of the bridge is a submerged road bed. WOW!!!!! dats where they were. Wish we had looked for it a lot sooner,,,boomer sooner:D:D. I know sum of ya know about it but, I have never seen anybody fish it. Fish were schooled up on the south side of it ONLY & dey was ready ta bite. Best bites came 25ft to 30ft. Yellows and red/chart., was best colors. Guys, we didn't keep any fish under 11in.!! Looking to heading to Hugo next week! Sorry about no screen shots as I was VERY fustrated till we hit the road bed & catching was much more important den pictures. <*)}}}><

Chatt, as I told you in an earlier thread about the ice report on Kaw. We either don't have many Kaw fishermen on this board or they are tight lipped. Looks like no fishing here or in Kansas this week. Hugo may remain open but it will be iffy. If Hugo stays open I may join you if we can get there. They are calling for 9-12 inches of snow in northern part of Ok Tuesday. Good report on Kaw. I been fishing Oologah or I would have come visited you at Kaw. I sent you a PM.

Chatt you can come down here anytime we have enough fish to go around! Forget about Hugo! Save some gas and go to Oolagah with Odie, WOW! The fishing is off the hook good right now! I fished with Odie Saturday and we had some pigs! Rod in hand with jigs! Chat Martin style! EB

Reaper- YES, YOU NEED TO MEET the "Chattster" he be a winner, taint no thro back. He indicates sumpin about my cabin bein "Mecca", not sure what he means. Ima holdin the fort on de South side.
