Slay fest on the North end thanks to Garmin electronics, Todd Huckabee rods, and beaver bottom baits. 5- 12 ft of water chasing British. If there's no bait, there's no fish
Glad to see all of the guys getting on the fish. I've fished the last couple of weekends at the dock and haven't even gotten a nibble. Using minnows at 10-12' in 16 fow. By the looks of everyone's posts, I need to be down closer to the bottom. I'll be trying that this weekend.
Hi guys, I'be been away from here for awhile, glad to finally get back and try to catch up.

Good bite this afternoon. Wind was hard to get out of, but caught over 30. Several 1.25 -1.5. Caught most of them on break points in 7-10 ft of water. Double dipping but had to be pink. My go to beaver bottom black and chartreuse never got a thump. Crazy. When they hit, the Huckabee pro series took a bow. Beautiful day aside from the wind.

It has heated up!
Fished yesterday had 25 keepers fish were spread out pretty good. Caught some in 7ft fishing 4ft. Then had some 8ft over 13-15ft. Went today for 3-4 hrs and had 15 keepers. Caught most of these on schools of shad fishing 6-8ft over 15-22ft of water. EB
I went with a buddy and his 8 year old granddaughter yesterday afternoon on a short 3 hour trip. A big thank you to Eufaula boy for putting us on a couple of spots. We kept 21 nice fish, probably caught 40. Big fish was around 1.5 lbs. We were double dipping in 10-14 fow using Timmy Tom weed less jig heads and Beaver Bottom baits. Best colors were black/pink and black/char, fishing 8-10 feet deep.

Common sense isn't always that common!
Now, that girl is a real fisherman! Notice that she still has her rod in the water, probably focusing more on the bite than the photo, although that gap-tooth smile looks darned good.
