Nice Lund Steve....great fishing boat for CJ!

Read a nice article about Erie Gators, that says they are starting to lose their "traveling ways", because they are learning that the goby is a nice meal that they don't have to work for.
The goby has transformed the Smallmouth genetics to where it is getting the same body size and profile of the Largemouth....the Gators will also load up on Gobies and will begin to change and gain weight like never before.
Easy High Protein soft food packs on pounds to fish...they become fat and lazy like us!
All we need to look at is the Bass out West that are eating trout....records will be broken soon, due to the expansion and population boom of the goby....the bad news, is that the goby eats eggs and fry of the same fish that eats them....even though Smallies and Walleye are getting larger, their overall population is reportedly declining. Gobies reproduce faster than their predators.

Having the same Issue Fritz....I had one just off my back door digging up my Flower beds looking for worms or grubs...also had 7 coons, and 2 possum, that I couldn't get shots at...so I set out a couple traps again with no luck!
Finally had enough...For the last week, I've been putting out their favorite Grape soda and peanut butter....I have buried 5 skunks, 3 'possum, and 10 'coons so far!
Amazing how many night-time raiders there are, that you don't know about!

Need to use peanut butter on a slice of bread. JIF brand has the best odor. That's what I use as nuisance trapper

That's what I use....I spread alittle Peanut butter in the pan along the sides to get the smell going, and then fill the pan with my concoction and Grape soda....they normally die within 5 feet of the pan!

Grape Soda works better than Coke....and the peanut butter attracts the smart ones! lol
I put it out after dark, so I don't kill birds....then I bring it in when I leave for work at 5am....that way, I only get the "Over-populated, Nuisance, Night-time Raiders"!
