Got a call from a client who has reservations for mid April. He says he was contacted and told the campgrounds would be closed for six months or more due to the storm a couple weeks ago. Anyone have more information on this? I can’t imagine it would take that long to clean up some trees. But then, we are talking about state government.....

And the Parks Department is probably on the lower end of the totem pole as far as budget and manpower. jmo

If it’s the lower lake campground, It’s just part of it. I was there Saturday. At least half of it is fine. Campers were there.

From website. Kind of sad it takes this long. They could probably offer it up for free firewood and get it cleaned up.
Campground is closed until June 1, 2020 due to storm damage.
Due to storm damage the entire RV campground is closed for the next five months.

What about the Enid bridge, 3 years and still not fixed.
There’s a thread below this one called Enid Bridge. Check it out. Word is repair has begun.
I was told they bid the cleanup to a tree service and was priced around 176-200k. WOW!!
