This really happened?
One change this year is that no paid guides are allowed….meaning you can’t take a paid trip and weigh your client’s catch. Had some complaints about that last year.
Or is this that classic wannabe humor?
Just realized I hadn’t posted anything about it. Y’all come on out. Entry is $50/boat, $10 optional big fish pot and TOW is adding $500 to the winnings. We will be paying 1 place for every 5 boats plus one. So, 15 boats would pay 1st – 4th place.

Limited to 8 rods, but not limited on people in the boat so if you want to bring your family and fish, load them kids in the boat and come on.
Register/pay the AM of the tournament starting at 5 AM at Grenada Landing. Start fishing 6AM, quit fishing at 1:00 PM and be in the weigh in line no later than 2 PM.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

Fraid so. Was a loophole in the rules before now.

You can't fault them for coming up with the idea. Book a guide, pay an extra $50 and with a little luck, your guided trip is free .
I don't know if its just worded funny but I read it as the guide entered the tournament and double dipped, taking in a guide fee and then also cashing in in the tournament with the client's catch. But I don't see how any client would be ok with that since most tournaments release the fish after the weigh in. If I pay for a guide I'm keeping the fish and having them for supper.
I got 350 heads on a 305 engine.
I get 6 miles to the gallon.
I aint got no good intentions.
This was the guides fault, they knew better and did it anyway. It is straight now and should be good to go.
