    Default Boat Carpet

I'm looking for someone to re-carpet my boat, an 18' Bumble Bee 278. Anyone interested or knows someone (experienced) who can do it, please PM me. I live in Southaven, Ms, but I will travel to someone reputable.

Would like to know what it would cost to have that done.

Had mine done last year by a moon lighting carpet layer from a major carpet firm. He did an excellent job. Literally 95% as good as factory. My point: Get somebody that know their stuff. Not some one who "thinks" they can do it good, jus cause it's cheaper.

Just curious ... don't take this the wrong way . But I've always wondered why anyone would want carpet on a crappie boat ? Or any other fishing boat for that matter. There just seems to be so many better options for fishing than carpet. Again ... just trying to learn.

I like to kick my shoes off when the temp is warm enough! Especially with the t/m I have right now. Can’t adjust speed with shoes on and don’t like bending over. And carpet seems to stay a little cooler in summer and warmer on cool days. I don’t seem to make much of a mess of it. Just make sure you don’t drop a minner right under your feet and grind it in!

Mostly cosmetic, but some of it is comfort too. The storage hatches were built to have carpet on them. It would tear up the hinges to not have the carpet.

Ok. I love my rhino liner . Just did a 18/60 aluminum inside and out . Im the most comfortable when I'm catching a bunch of fish. I'm not a barefoot guy so I guess I can't relate to that .
