A boat designed for Walley/Muskie fishing in addition to Bass as apposed to the boats we see most in the south that were designed with just bass fishing in mind. They are usually designed for big water and have a deeper V hull and most will not have a rear casting deck or if they do it will be a lot smaller than what you would see on a bass boat.
    I got 350 heads on a 305 engine.
I get 6 miles to the gallon.
I aint got no good intentions.

Most have a lower front deck also....and usually wider giving more room for two side by side seats up on front deck.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Sounds like something like that may be my next boat. The older I get the more I want to fish in a boat instead of on top of it.
    Thanks

Default Preferred boat for the rough waters of the act on Sardis?

I think the key word here is BIG. If you know how to use what you have and it's BIG enough, you can handle anything that's thrown at you. A novice helmsman will get in trouble with a battleship, much less a 20-24' fishing boat.
