    Two dang pans of beans? Don't want to be anywhere in Ms. tonight...nor Tennessee for that matter probably! The ribs sure look good though.

    not to hi jack but i don't see ribs at the store marked "baby back" any more. has something changed or am i not looking in the right stores. seems like the ones i see now are marked "loin back" or "saint louis style". both look like they have more fat on them than i am use to...

    James.....they are out there....try some more stores.....I like the baby back better than any of them

    Gene.....ribs unwrapped with rub(Byrons Butt Rub ).......3 hrs. At 225.....2 hours brushed down with melted butter and brown sugar and wrapped in foil....20 more minutes unwrapped and brushed down with Cattlemans bbq sauce. Beans....recipe in duck dynasty miss Kay cookbook..... five hrs. Corn on the cob two hours.....all in the masterbuilt at 225 useing applewood chips. Mountain Dew in the water pan

    Loin back ribs are "baby back" ribs. St Louis style are spares that have been trimmed.

    I cook almost the same thing in mine...minus the beans. I put seasalt on several potatoes, wrap em in foilf and let cook same time as the ribs. Sure looks good.
