Has anyone heard of Rezum

Rezum is a procedure to treat prostate problems. Was just wondering if anyone had any knowledge or experience with it. Doctor thinks it is great.

Ad states " transurethral describes the minimally invasive procedure in which a device is inserted into the urethra." In my opinion there is nothing "minimally invasive" about that.

Ummm, I dunno never heard of it. I do know this, most doctors think whatever they can bill you are your insurance company for the most $$ is "what's best or great"!!

Love it when they say "minimal" - the bed rails still have my fingerprints embedded in each side when I had piss tube put in me after surgery many moons ago. Never again!

Yeah, I've had that procedure several years ago, didn't know what it was called.....still remember it! Like woodduck said about minimal invasive, it's really MAXIMUM invasive! I didn't scream, but sure as heck wanted to. Unless you really have to, don't do it, or have them put to sleep!!
