I'm eating light this evening, finished cleaning up the debris from the tornado. Pooped. An omelet will work nicely with fresh green onions. Ann says it's too late deal with the chicken fried steaks I had planned earlier. That's okay, marinated they are. Tomorrow it will be. Our omelets this evening I'm sure will be be just fine with white chicken eggs. Will chase that with fresh strawberries.
