I do bank fishing and figured would try first time this week have seen tons of gulls feeding at falls lake hoping the crappie will be lurking around.

Hybrids.,,,Another day of looking and not catching on Norman. Fished from State Park to condos below Hot hole.
Lots of boat on the water didn't see but 1 fish caught and I think it was a Catfish. We worked our baits at depths from 12 foot to 30 foot marking fish and bait in and along the main channel edges our baits had to be hitting them in the head with the A-rigs/ umbrella Rigs/ stick Baits/ buck tails. We tried everything but a PBJ sandwich. A couple other successful Striper fisherman (non CDC guys) from my end of the lake have been having similar results. I'm hoping the bite turns back on soon, this not catching is getting old.

I would have rather gone fishing this weekend and struggled then to paint my house!!

Funny when i call around seeing if anyone wants to go fishing, everyone answers. When i call trying to recruit help, always goes straight to voicemail!! :D
Full day 1/2 day or evening Striper/Crappie fishing trips available at a very affordable price for
Lake Norman, Badin, Wateree, High Rock.
