At Last !
Looks like we gonna have good weather for The Clash ! Lows in upper 20s and highs in mid 50s. With light winds. How's that for a fun fishin day. Hope to see a bunch of folks up there. So far we got 5 gallant crews going to defend the title for S.C. Them N.C. folks better watch out. We aint there to play. It is all for fun and braggin rights. Maybe a little something to hand out if ya do well. If you never fished one of our events this will be a good one to attend. High Rock is loaded with crappie. Wouldn't be a bit surprised if someone comes to weigh in with 80 to 100 in the boat. And plenty of slabs to catch. 13-14 in. fish are regular there. Come on up and join the fun.And if we don't see ya... Have a Merry Christmas to ya anyway !

Lake down 4 and falling. The good is, should be able to get under bridges. The bad, High Rock is a shallow lake lots of stuff to hit with low lake level. Be careful.

If nothing happens tonight or in the morning I'll be with Uncle Remus and Perch Jerker. Word I got was the blue attack minnows were in extensive training tonight and will be released in time to fight at High Rock. Top secret briefing will be taking place at 0500 in Clover SC. Plan of attack will be discussed on the trip up.Jig Puller bring lots of jigs for everyone to fish with. I want to try your favorite color and see if an old man can figure it out!
