    Fished Flat Swamp today . Water dingy with temp. 59 degrees. Not as trashy as expected. Fish were scattered but managed to swing 50 in the boat. Not a bad start to the New Year.

    Dozer was that you in the big sea ark? Nice boat. Can't believe you were in a t shirt. I was freezing. We did OK up the creek a bit but the bigger fish were hard to find.....well they were for me anyway.....the captain caught all the nice ones Friday, but he usually does.

    We were in the skiff. Don't know how you skip those baits with all that trash in the water. The water was a lot cleaner toward the mouth.
