Good deal Dale. Wouldn't be camp without ya.

There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

A043 is reserved! Harold Coons, Ed Shanks, Tim Shanks, and I (Chris Shanks) will all be in attendance. My #1 partner is in college now so I will be without Caleb this year. We will plan on being down Wednesday night or Thursday morning. We will again host the Clifford Shanks Big Crappie Contest on Friday. I will post a flyer on a separate thread. The following organizations or families have received funds from the "tournament":

2015: Leukemia and Lymphoma Society – National Level
2016: Landon Jaros Family – Young man lost his fight with Leukemia September 16, 2016 at the age of 4.
2017: Rose Lowenstein Foundation – Local organization that supports families affected by childhood cancer.

Just a little fun at camp. I will have the same plaques made this year as last year! I think like 10 oz was the winner last year; with the high water!!!!!! Can't wait!!!!

Well bad news for me...knee surgery scheduled for April 13th so since I m sure I will be laid up for 4 to 6 weeks doesn't look like I m going to be able make it. Was looking forward to coming as you guys seem to like having a good time. Someday I would love to learn a little about that part of the lake...good luck have fun ill mark down for next year..
